Service Advisor

A major luxury car dealership is currently looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join its team of passionate people. Be part of a new team under the wing of a renowned brand.

Electrification is at the heart of our future, and environmental concerns are an integral part of our future projects. The candidate will be responsible for providing our customers with a very high level of service and will be in charge of coordinating the technical team.

The candidate must enjoy new technologies and have a strong sense of customer service to ensure that service meets the highest quality standards. They will use and master all communication tools available to customers (email, telephone, text messaging, etc.). In addition, we provide them with the latest tools to achieve results.

We are looking for someone who can establish a professional relationship with our established and loyal customer base! If you meet the following criteria, you are the person we are looking for!

Requirements:

- Strong interest in customer service in order to provide our customers with the ultimate experience;
- Ability to persuade and demonstrate active listening skills;
- Organized, punctual, and diligent (important);
- Good priority management, flexibility, and adaptability;
- Above-average survey results (CSI);
- Strong skills with various computer software programs;
- Flawless French (spoken and written);
- Functional English (spoken and written - 4/5).
