Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of a Production Manager.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Production Manager ensures every vehicle receives top-tier care while keeping technician productivity at peak levels. You'll lead from the front - mentoring, motivating, and maintaining excellence every step of the way. 

Essential Duties: 

• Schedule and manage technicians for maximum efficiency 

• Perform quality control inspections to guarantee perfection 

• Join customers for test drives when needed 

• Review and log customer comebacks for continuous improvement 

• Assist with dispatching work into the shop 

• Champion health & safety compliance 

• Diagnose complex vehicle issues and support technicians Partner with the Service 

• Manager on shop operations
