Job requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Manager position;
- Good work structures and methods;
- Excellent time management, prioritizing the follow-up of requests;
- Analytical and decision-making skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of automotive software and CRM.

Job description:

- Management and monitoring of all key indicators;
- Implementation of effective work methods to achieve objectives;
- Coaching and management of directors;
- Inventory monitoring and management;
- Planning the marketing of used vehicles;
- Planning and monitoring advertising and CRM-related tasks;
- Planning and monitoring tasks related to the manufacturer;
- Knowledge of best practices and OPC laws;
- Knowledge of best practices in human resources management.
