Delivery Coordinator

Join an experienced dealership that has been established in a major market for over 30 years. St-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, formerly Denis Breton Chevrolet, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join its team. On a daily basis, this person will be primarily responsible for managing new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery and presenting the car's features to new owners. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an honest, dynamic, and high-performing environment.

We are looking for a bilingual person (ideally) who communicates easily and will represent our dealership proudly and professionally. This person must be committed to customer satisfaction and be skilled with current technology. This position offers excellent conditions and a day and evening schedule, Monday to Friday.

Duties:

- Have all documents related to the sale of the vehicle signed;
- Coordinate deliveries for the day;
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready and compliant for delivery;
- Present and explain the various options available for the vehicle;
- Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the vehicle;
- Install license plates;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job type:

- Full-time;
- Permanent.

Requirements:

- Bilingual (an asset);
- Knowledge of SAAQClic as well as the Serti and Merlin environments.
