Job description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process and providing them with a professional, transparent, and personalized experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom and analyze their needs;
- Present Toyota vehicles (new and/or used);
- Organize and accompany test drives;
- Advise customers on options, promotions, and financing solutions;
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale;
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products.
Required profile:
- Sales experience (automotive an asset);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Professional, dynamic, and results-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Bilingualism (French required, English an asset).
