Job description
Groupe Autoforce is looking for an Assistant Service Manager.
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a hybrid role that combines your service advisor expertise with team supervision and development responsibilities.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager and General Manager in the management of the after-sales department.
- Coach and motivate the team, including service advisors, the appointments team, and technicians to ensure optimal collaboration.
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Assess vehicle repair and maintenance needs and advise customers on maintenance, inspection, and safety services.
- Oversee the follow-up of repair orders, estimates, and parts on order.
- Ensure thorough customer follow-up and contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes and performance.

What we’re looking for:
- At minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a service advisor.
- General knowledge of vehicles and mechanics.
- Good knowledge of warranty guidelines and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate in both French and English (to be able to respond to our English-speaking customers).
