Job description

Our dealership sells over 2,000 vehicles per year, and our after-sales service department has over 5,000 customers. Our 46 after-sales service department employees have been carefully selected, as we hire people who are committed to customer service and have a positive attitude.

We are looking to add an Assistant Manager for the service department.

Main tasks:

- Reports and documentation: Prepare reports on department activities, including service statistics and customer feedback.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in the evaluation and improvement of service processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support for technical advisors: Assist technical advisors in the day-to-day management of tasks, ensuring they have the resources they need to provide quality service;
- Performance and reporting: Monitor and analyze department performance, preparing regular reports to identify areas for improvement and successes;
- Ongoing training: Coordinate and organize training sessions for staff to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies, procedures, and service standards.
- Appointment scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to optimize workflow and minimize wait times for customers.
- Customer concerns: Listen to customer concerns, ensuring they are addressed quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Valet and shuttle service management: Manage and oversee the smooth running of valet and shuttle service processes.
- Related tasks: Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department.

Required qualities:

- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues;
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize work efficiently;
- Customer service skills: Ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner;
- Problem solving: Ability to identify problems quickly and find appropriate solutions;
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of the products or services offered by the company to better assist customers and staff;
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic environment;
- Attention to detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and file tracking;
- Team spirit: Ability to work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
