Service Manager

Maximum Powersports is a dealership located in Hawkesbury that has been one of the largest recreational dealerships in Quebec for several years.

Now run by the McLean brothers (Circuit Ford Lincoln) and Gabriel Gagnon (Lachute Ford), we are proud to have earned the loyalty of our customers, who recognize the professionalism and expertise of our team.

We are looking for a Service Manager.

Main responsibilities:

- Leadership and operations;
- Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and support staff;
- Plan and coordinate service work, ensuring efficient turnaround times and high quality standards;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop;
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols;
- Customer experience;
- Oversee the entire service process, from appointments to after-sales follow-up;
- Manage complex customer requests or complaints professionally;
- Ensure the accuracy of estimates, billing, and communication regarding repair times and costs.

Technical and administrative tasks:

- Diagnose and evaluate complex RV problems in collaboration with technicians as needed;
- Manage warranty claims, parts orders, and communication with suppliers;
- Track department performance, key indicators, and prepare management reports;
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize department efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in service management or supervision (RV, automotive, marine, or similar sector an asset);
- Excellent understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, trailers, and motorhomes);
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in dealership management software (experience with Serti, Activix, or similar systems an asset);
- Valid driver's license.
