Plaza Auto Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to lead our service department at our Muskoka Nissan location. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a full team of technicians and advisors while driving department growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations and profitability of the service department
  • Oversee smooth operations across all areas, including quality performance, customer service, and overall effectiveness
  • Service Advisor responsibilities
  • Achieve department objectives
  • Work alongside service staff on dealership policies and procedures
  • Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department success

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
  • Teamwork and collaboration across all departments


Experience & Knowledge:
 

  • Experience in PBS and electronic repair order systems
  • Strong background in automotive customer service and service department operations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
