We are currently looking for a Financial Services Manager to take the wheel of the F&I department. If you know how to combine financial rigor, business acumen, and exceptional customer service, keep reading.

What you'll do:

    • Assist each customer with financing or leasing their vehicle by offering them the best options;
    • Offer complementary products: insurance, extended warranties, various protections;
    • Prepare, verify, and approve credit applications;
    • Negotiate with financial institutions and stay on top of the best terms and conditions;
    • Ensure strict compliance with documentation requirements;
    • Follow up on customer files and maintain their complete satisfaction;
    • Analyze your results and always aim higher.

You are the person we are looking for if...

    • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    • You have solid knowledge of F&I (this is non-negotiable);
    • You have an analytical mind and are comfortable with numbers;
    • You know how to listen, persuade, and build trust in a matter of minutes;
    • You are known for your thoroughness, independence, and organizational skills;
    • You are comfortable with Office Suite and digital tools;
    • You are fluent in spoken and written French and English.
