Hyundai Sorel-Tracy is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and automobiles, and who is ready to provide our customers with a unique experience!
Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Greet customers and gather the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles;
- Sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring quality customer service;
- Follow up with customers;
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good computer skills (Serti an asset);
- Sales skills.
