Brossard Hyundai is looking for a bilingual, dynamic, and punctual Liaison Agent for the body shop department. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a car dealership or body shop is required.

Tasks:
• Act as a liaison between customers, the body shop department, insurers, and suppliers.
• Answer calls and emails related to body shop files and follow up on them.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates and repairs.
• Explain the repair process, expected timelines, and key steps in their file to customers;
• Follow up with insurers (or external estimators) and relay information to customers;
• Update files in the system (photos, notes, approvals, delivery dates);
• Coordinate with the vehicle rental service or courtesy vehicles as needed.
• Inform customers about warranties related to bodywork and other dealership services.
• Collaborate with the parts team and the workshop to meet delivery dates.
• Perform any other related tasks related to the smooth running of the body shop department.
