Are you passionate about automotive customization? Do you have hands-on knowledge of aftermarket wheels, accessories, and vehicle modifications? We're looking for a motivated Automotive Aftermarket Sales Specialist to help our customers bring their dream builds to life.

About the Role

As part of our growing team, you will be the go-to expert for customers looking to upgrade, personalize, and enhance their vehicles. You'll provide knowledgeable recommendations, guide customers through product options, and support our shop team in turning ideas into reality.

What You'll Do:
 

• Engage customers in-store and online to understand their vision and recommend the right wheels, accessories, and upgrades.
• Provide product expertise in aftermarket brands, fitment, design trends, suspension considerations, and performance parts.
• Build quotes, process sales, and follow up to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with our technical team to ensure compatibility and accurate installation details.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom with the latest products and displays.
• Support inventory management and supplier communication.

What You Bring:
 

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Strong knowledge of custom wheels, tires, accessories, and vehicle modifications.
• Ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly way.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a passion for cars and customization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/shop environment.
