Lease Renewal Specialist / New Vehicle Sales Specialist

Our Acura dealership in Laval is looking for experienced Sales Representatives / partially including lease renewal (new vehicles).

Candidates must be autonomous, rigorous, disciplined and looking for a long-term career focused on results and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales (Sales Consultant / Service Advisor);
- Bilingual (French, English);
- Passionate about sales.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Listen to customer needs and ask the right questions;
- Explain to customers the particularities of the different models to guide them in their choice;
- Customer follow-up (prospecting);
- Carry out road tests with customers;
- Keep abreast of new products and their advantages in terms of products, features, accessories, etc..;
- Accompany the customer through all stages leading to vehicle delivery;
- Follow company procedures;
- Perform all other related tasks.
