As the service department's Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Director of Service in the day-to-day management of the department;
- Providing exemplary customer service and handling complaints;
- Optimizing operational efficiency: schedule management, productivity, quality of work;
- Act as a coach, motivate and support the entire department team;
- Ensure profitability and the achievement of departmental objectives;
- Perform certain duties of a technical advisor: greet customers, gather the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of customers' vehicles, and sell maintenance services according to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the automotive service department (Service Advisor, Assistant Manager or similar role);
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Results-oriented, performance-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
