Job description
LCM Informatique, the Canadian leader in management software for recreational vehicle dealerships, is looking to add a dynamic individual to its training team.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the recreational vehicle industry or a related field, such as recreational vehicles, boats, motorcycles, cars, etc.
Main job description:
- Provide customer support and assistance with the software via email, phone, and other means;
- Train users on how to use the software online or on-site at the customer's location;
- Assist with the onboarding of new customers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2, and/or LARS software (an asset);
- Experience in sales, service, and/or parts departments;
- With customers across Canada, bilingualism is mandatory.
The position is hybrid after 3 months. Work will be done from the office, home, and at the customer's location.
Compensation is based on experience and knowledge. The company also offers a group insurance plan.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
