Assistant Director / Assistant Sales Director

Our major dealership on the South Shore of Montral is looking for a candidate to fill a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager position for new and pre-owned vehicles.

We are looking for a candidate with strong sales and leadership skills. The candidate will work closely with the New and Used Sales Manager to monitor and increase sales. The assistant manager, also known as the floor manager, is responsible for greeting customers, pre-qualifying them, and working with sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities. Together, they will form a united sales force, working toward common goals. The floor manager is also responsible for compiling and tracking customer traffic data in order to maximize opportunities.

The candidate must be bilingual and have strong oral communication skills.

Knowledge of the manufacturer is an asset, as is knowledge of Serti and Activix software and a basic understanding of Excel.
