Job description
As a Service Advisor, you will be the essential link between customers and the service team. You will assess customer needs, open work orders, coordinate repairs, and provide high-level customer service. Your role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our workshop.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service or repair needs.
- Open and complete work orders in the computer system.
- Provide cost estimates and explain the work required.
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and follow up.
- Communicate progress, deadlines, and additional recommendations to customers.
- Manage billing and present the invoice to the customer.
- Provide courteous, professional, and solution-oriented service.
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Relevant experience in consulting, mechanics, or a related field (a major asset).
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and Serti management software.
- Organizational skills and autonomy.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Requirements:
- Consulting or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence (Class 5).
