Your responsibilities:

    • Set and monitor sales and performance targets;
    • Motivate, coach, and support your team;
    • Purchase and manage vehicle inventory;
    • Oversee the reconditioning and listing of cars;
    • Lead marketing activities and ensure rigorous customer follow-up.

You are:

    • Experienced (3 to 5 years) in pre-owned vehicles;
    • Known for your trustworthiness and ethics;
    • An independent, positive, and organized leader;
    • Passionate about cars and customer service.
