Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Ville-Marie Kia is growing rapidly, and the Kia brand is experiencing exceptional growth in Quebec. We are looking for a performance-oriented Pre-Owned Vehicles Manager to join our strong and well-established team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in specialized credit and proven leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and optimize the used vehicle department;
- Oversee inventory, marketing, and sales performance;
- Supervise an experienced team and maintain high standards;
- Structure complex specialized credit files;
- Replace the New Sales Manager during his or her absences;
- Meet and exceed monthly targets.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Significant experience as a used car manager or new sales manager (required).
- Excellent team management and HR management skills.
- Specialized credit expertise required.
- Strong results-oriented approach and developed strategic sense.
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals.
