About the position:
We are looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about customer service to join our team in the West Island of Montreal. You will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop: greeting customers, performing preliminary diagnostics, planning and following up on repairs, and providing clear and professional advice.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers, gather information, and fully understand their needs (symptoms, history, expectations).
- Open and manage work orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the workshop.
- Present recommendations, explain the work to be done, and obtain authorizations.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up: deadlines, parts, communication, file updates.
- Provide an exemplary customer experience and handle sensitive situations with tact.
- Maintain clean and complete files (notes, time, status, billing).
- Work closely with technicians, the service manager, and the parts team.
Required profile:
- Bilingual (French/English) – essential (customer service and internal communications).
- Relevant experience as a technical advisor.
- Comfortable with computer tools; CDK is an asset.
- Excellent communication, listening, organizational, and priority management skills.
- Customer focus, professionalism, team spirit, and autonomy.
Conditions and benefits:
