Our Mercedes-Benz Oakville Collision Centre is looking for a Collision Centre Administrator to join our amazing team! 

Job Purpose

The Collision Centre Administrator accepts and directs incoming calls, takes detailed messages, and provides basic information to callers. S/he is the Body Shop's front-line contact with the public and administrative coordinator and must represent the body shop in a professional, and friendly manner at all times.

Responsibilities 
 

  • Accepts all incoming calls.
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
  • Prepare and update customer files.
  • Obtain customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
  • Close repair orders.


Qualifications 
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a Body Shop is an asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
  • Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
  • Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism
  • Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
  • Professional business attire (refer to Auto World Imports Dress code policy).
