Your role:

As an Estimator, you will be an important point of contact with insurance companies.

Your mission: to provide accurate, fast, and professional estimates. You will contribute directly to the satisfaction of insurance companies and the reputation of our company.

Your responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates based on photos taken of drivable vehicles
- Produce estimates for non-drivable vehicles
- Prepare repair requests, work authorizations, and estimate follow-ups
- Prepare estimates based on photos taken of drivable vehicles

Required profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in management or the automotive industry
- Comfortable with Mitchell, Audatex, Progi, Alldata, and Autel software
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Independent, organized, able to multitask;
- Open to new practices and technological changes;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Physical requirements: possible exposure to fumes, chemicals, heat/cold.
