Job description
Stellantis is hiring a Human Resources Benefits Generalist to join the HR team. This position will be based out of the Corporate Canada Headquarters location. This position supports all FCA Canada locations to administer Health care, Occupational and Non-occupational disability, Life Insurance and other benefits to all unionized and non-unionized employee groups. The position offers excellent exposure and growth opportunity within the larger FCA Canada HR Organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with 3rd party providers to ensure eligibility and benefit administration accuracy
- Administration for Occupational (WSIB) and Non-Occupational disability
- Compliance with 3rd party Stakeholder agreements and SLAs
- Assisting with disability management and return-to-work coordination
- Continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase efficiencies and improve customer experience
- Support 2026 National Negotiations as part of the Benefits negotiation team
- Regular cross-functional project support with the broader HR team in labor economics, HR analytics, labor relations, retirement & savings
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or Finance
- Strong interest in expanding your career and growing as a Human Resources professional
- Minimum 18 months post graduate experience in the Human Resources field
- Interest working in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, team building and relationship building
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and record keeping skills
- Experience with disability management, attendance reporting and workplace accommodation practices is an asset
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS system
- Strong project management, analytical skills with the ability to make decisions independently
- Prior human resources or labor relations experience working in a unionized environment
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including: Ontario Human Rights Code, Employment Standards Act, Labor Relations Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
