We are looking for a Service Advisor.
Summary:
We are a rapidly expanding garage, run by a young, passionate, and dynamic team. To support our growth, we are looking for a technical advisor who enjoys working with people, knows how to provide impeccable customer service, and wants to work in an environment where team spirit and a good atmosphere are essential.
The technical advisor is the trusted liaison between the customer and the mechanic. They welcome customers, understand their needs, and ensure that their experience is simple, smooth, and enjoyable. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and building trust, this position is for you!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and kindly, and understand their needs;
- Offer comprehensive solutions tailored to each situation;
- Respond quickly and warmly to requests, whether by phone or in person;
- Handle more delicate situations calmly and professionally;
- Present, explain, and analyze repair orders with customers;
- Evaluate the costs and duration of maintenance and repairs, and ensure that everything corresponds to the estimated quote;
- Coordinate communication between technicians and customers, and track the status of purchase orders;
- Effectively schedule appointments and interventions;
- Use our work order management software.
One year of experience in a similar position is an asset, but your personality and sense of service are just as important!
