Your role:
As an Appointments Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main role will be to answer their calls and emails, efficiently schedule their appointments, and provide attentive follow-up to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and online customer requests;
- Set, confirm, and reschedule after-sales service appointments;
- Make courtesy follow-up and reminder calls;
- Update information in the internal computer system;
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure optimal planning;
- Provide a warm welcome and personalized support to each customer.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English;
- Organizational skills and effective priority management;
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction;
- Basic computer skills (management software and email);
- Experience in customer service or call centers required;
- Understanding of the Serti system (an asset);
- Available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
