HGregoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for a Call Center Assistant (BDC) for its specialized credit department. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a friendly and stimulating work environment!
As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone and online to provide professional and efficient service. Your role will be essential in supporting customers throughout their purchasing process.
Work schedule:
- Full-time position, from Monday to Friday;
- Work schedule to be discussed.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text message and answer their questions.
- Collect and enter customer information into Dealertrack.
- Process requests via the Activix system.
- Ask customers to send the required documents.
- Assign requests to agents according to the established rotation.
- Follow up daily with customers who have not been reached.
- Send take-back emails and ensure that all documents are completed and on file.
- Assemble files and coordinate deliveries during working hours.
- Promote certain products and services to customers.
- Ensure rigorous file tracking.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism in French/English, oral and written, intermediate-advanced level to be able to communicate with both our French-speaking customers and our large unilingual English-speaking customer base.
- Experience as a call center agent (an asset).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Independence, good listening skills, and excellent organizational skills.
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Comfortable with various software programs.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of Activix and Dealertrack software (an asset).
