Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients with courtesy, attentiveness, professionalism, and a smile;
• Create repair orders and explain the work to be done, including timelines and follow-ups;
• Suggest and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs to clients;
• Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment;
• Promote customer satisfaction.
Profile We Are Looking For:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory (automotive or related field);
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit;
• Professional attitude focused on client satisfaction and results;
• Desire to grow within the company.
