Responsibilities:

Your mandate is to offer financing options, life and health insurance, various types of coverage, and extended warranties, while providing our customers with exceptional service. You will act as an advisor, informing customers about the terms and conditions of service and the policies of the manufacturer and dealership. You must listen to customers in order to offer them financing products that meet their needs and financial situation.

The Financial & Insurance Manager plays an essential role in the vehicle purchase or lease process. He or she is a reference in financing and must build a relationship of trust with customers in order to offer them an unparalleled experience.

The candidate must be able to communicate in English (intermediate level), both orally and in writing, in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.

Requirements:

    • You are able to communicate in English (intermediate level), both orally and in writing, in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.
    • You have 1 year of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in a car dealership;
    • You have a valid driver's licence;
    • You are resourceful, professional, and have a strong ability to work in a team;
    • You are committed to customer service;
    • You have the ability to manage files effectively.
