Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Parts Clerk to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for serving customers, supporting the workshop, coordinating with various stakeholders, and preparing orders.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and advise customers on automotive parts
• Research and identify required parts
• Manage inventory and place orders
• Prepare and invoice orders
• Respond to phone calls and emails
• Track ordered and received parts
• Perform any other related duties
Requirements:
• Experience with Ford products (strongly recommended)
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Autonomy and initiative
• DEP in Motorized Equipment Parts Sales and Consulting (or equivalent)
