Our Mitsubishi dealership, well established in the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts region, serves a loyal, pleasant, and growing customer base. We offer a people-oriented work environment focused on service, performance, and collaboration. With an annual volume of approximately 175 new vehicles and 125 used vehicles, we are looking for a sales manager who can take the team to the next level while maintaining the excellent customer experience that sets us apart.
Main role: Sales Manager (career-building position) - Mitsubishi dealership – Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec - position designed to grow with the company.

We are a well-established Mitsubishi dealership in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, serving a pleasant, loyal, and constantly growing customer base. With current annual sales of approximately 175 new vehicles and 125 used vehicles, we are in an expansion phase that will lead to a new location and increased volume in the coming years. We are looking for a sales manager who wants to grow with the company, structure the department, and build a strong team for the future.
Main role:
The sales manager is responsible for the overall management of the new and used vehicle department. This is a progressive position with strategic responsibilities that will increase with the expansion of volume and the development of the new site.
He or she will play a key role in:
- Optimizing current processes;
- Future team development;
- Department growth over a 2- to 5-year horizon.
Main responsibilities:
1. Sales management:
- Overseeing new vehicle and commercial vehicle activities, setting objectives, and ensuring they are met.
- Implementing effective processes to manage growing volume.
- Optimizing CRM structure, lead follow-up, and closing rates.
- Ensuring profitability, F&I performance, and inventory turnover.
2. Strategic development of the department - (Responsibilities will evolve with growth):
- Implementing an adaptable sales organization to support expansion.
- Develop more robust used vehicle sourcing strategies (trade-ins, auctions, direct purchases).
3. Team leadership and growth:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop sales consultants.
- Provide individual coaching, train on best practices, and instill a culture of performance and respect.
- Prepare the team to operate in a higher-volume environment.
4. Customer experience:
- Maintain the dealership's exemplary reputation in the region.
- Implement customer experience processes specific to a future modern location.
- Manage sensitive situations professionally.
5. Internal collaboration:
- Collaborate with F&I, service, and administration to harmonize current operations.
Required profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales and management.
- Strong strategic sense and ability to structure a growing department.
- Positive, transparent, and motivational leadership.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in a role that evolves and involves more responsibilities over time.
- Experience with Mitsubishi or a Japanese brand (an asset).
- Knowledge of Activix and Merlin.
- Communicates well in both languages.
