Job description
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Financial & Insurance Manager F&I who knows how to structure clean deals, protect the dealership, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. If you can handle volume, think fast on your feet, and close with confidence, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products to customers;
- Secure approvals and structure deals that meet lender and dealership requirements;
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed on time;
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders;
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and CSI;
- Navigate credit applications, funding delays, and tough approvals like a pro.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of F&I experience in automotive retail;
- Strong understanding of lender programs, credit bureaus, and compliance;
- High closing ratio and proven track record of PVR performance;
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills;
- Ability to multitask under pressure (because this job is basically controlled chaos);
- Professional, reliable, and organized—no shortcuts, no nonsense.
