Job description
Distributions Larco, a company with a strong network of five well-established branches, is currently seeking candidates to fill a position as an auto Parts Clerk (Advisor) at our Pincourt branch.
Main job duties:
- Interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and follow up with them on a daily basis, responding quickly to requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Sell a diverse range of products by phone, fax, email, and at the counter.
- Use the computer system to find the parts needed for repairs.
- Ensure that customer parts orders are filled correctly and delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
- Implement the store's business plan in accordance with company guidelines;
- Answer phone calls, provide prices, and offer any other information.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum knowledge of automotive parts;
- Be bilingual (French/English);
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be helpful;
- Work effectively as part of a team;
- Provide superior customer service.
