Main responsibilities

    • Greet customers;
    • Write repair estimates;
    • Complete the estimate;
    • Explain the repairs to be made and offer additional work;
    • Follow up with customers and insurers in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

    • Valid driver's licence;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues, and insurers); organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
    • Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software (an asset);
    • Intermediate level of English (an asset).
