In this essential role, you will be the link between our wide selection of vehicles and our customers, providing them with expert advice and attentive service.
Key responsibilities:
• Welcome and advise customers on our various Volkswagen vehicle models, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Close sales by ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to provide accurate and useful information.
• Build trusting relationships with customers, thereby promoting loyalty.
• Actively participate in training and workshops to stay up to date on industry trends and Volkswagen brand news.
Required qualifications:
• Passion for the automotive industry and desire to learn and grow with us.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while being self-sufficient in a dynamic environment.
• Sales experience, although not required, will be considered an asset.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
