Here is a summary of your tasks:
- Assist the accounting team with entering vehicle purchase invoices;
- Produce critical documentation for vehicle purchases and sales (contracts, invoices, Carproof, Equifax, etc.);
- Submit various payment requests to accounting;
- Produce the necessary documentation for auto financing;
- Assist the purchasing team with vehicle acquisitions;
- Assist the sales team with vehicle deliveries;
- Ensure the physical filing of administrative documents;
- Provide support to departments when a colleague is absent;
- Perform any other related tasks in administration, operations, or accounting.
Required profile:
- One year of experience in a similar position in administration or customer service;
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of Serti, Merlin, and Excel software (an asset);
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently;
- Good team player.
