Job description
We are looking for a dynamic person! You will play an essential role in the customer experience by providing a professional, warm, and efficient welcome, while supporting the sales and after-sales teams in various administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering the phone, transferring calls, and providing basic information.
- Collecting payments and deposits at the counter.
- Performing certain administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with technical advisors, the sales team, and management to ensure proper customer follow-up.
Required skills and qualities:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administration (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French/English).
