Service Manager

One of our dealerships, located on the South Shore of Montréal, is currently looking for a Service Manager with solid experience in the field to fill a position on its team.

Main duties:

- Set objectives for the department and ensure they are met;
- Ensure outstanding customer service;
- Understand and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer warranties and policies;
- Maintain high-quality repair service and reduce workshop returns;
- Handle customer complaints as quickly as possible;
- Determine work methods based on the results to be achieved and the human and material resources available.

Job requirements:

- Have experience in a similar position;
- Have personnel management skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- Have good leadership skills and be able to lead;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Customer service and results-oriented;
- Knowledge of the Serti system.

Depending on your experience and performance, we offer a salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
