Financial & Insurance Manager

We are looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team! Here is an opportunity to join a dynamic car dealership in Laval!

Responsibilities:

- Sell products and warranties;
- Be responsible for financing;
- Build trusting relationships with customers;
- Explain the features and benefits of the products offered;
- Negotiate and find solutions that are beneficial to all parties;
- Understand administrative practices and procedures, including record keeping and financial documentation;
- Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Listen and ask the right questions;
- Communicate and convey all necessary information regarding the vehicle, delivery, or other matters;
- Work closely with the delivery and accounting departments.

Required skills:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (required);
- Experience in automotive sales (required);
- Intermediate-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our large unilingual English-speaking clientele as well as our unilingual French-speaking clientele;
- Sales skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service;
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, Desk-It, and Route One software;
- Professional attitude;
- Ability to work in a team;
