Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative / Desk Manager

HGrégoire is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant / Desk Manager for its Nissan Chomedey branch! Here's your chance to start your career at a dynamic dealership!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers according to company standards;
- Detail vehicles and recommend products that meet customer needs and expectations;
- Answer questions and reassure customers;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers.
- Manage transactions for the new vehicle department (“DESKING,” “T.O.”);
- Help sales consultants close deals;
- Participate in the training of new sales consultants;
- Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
- Collaborate in the design of improvement programs for sales consultants who are having difficulty meeting their objectives;
- Collaborate in vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Stay abreast of new developments related to products, programs, and current promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
- Maintain a customer development system;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.

Requirements:

- Experience in new vehicle sales / as a Desk Manager (required);
- Vocational Diploma in sales (an asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English (required), both oral and written, at an intermediate-advanced level in order to serve both the large unilingual English-speaking clientele and the unilingual French-speaking clientele;
- Dynamic and persuasive;
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Valid driver's licence;
