Service Advisor

Our thriving and rapidly growing automotive company is currently seeking a Service Advisor.

Job description:

- Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year (depending on qualifications and performance);
- Experience required: minimum of 3 years in the automotive field, preferably in a dealership;
- Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Friday;
- Day and evening shifts.

Main tasks:

- Technical file management: supervise activities related to receiving and tracking vehicles in the workshop;
- Technical advice: provide technical support to customers and sales team members;
- Repair assessment: estimate repair costs and advise customers on necessary work;
- Coordination with departments: collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
