Main responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repair;
- Offer and promote various after-sales, preventive maintenance, and maintenance services;
- Provide customer service and advice;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Estimate maintenance costs, write up work orders, and follow up on them;
- Perform related tasks or tasks requested by the service manager.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Relevant experience as a technical advisor or in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the CDK system (essential or strong asset);
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy, and neat appearance;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
- Product knowledge (an asset).
