Service Advisor

Our Albi Mazda Mascouche dealership is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of our customers' vehicles. You will promote maintenance services and organize the work schedule, while ensuring quality customer service.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a similar customer service position;
- Vocational diploma in vehicle maintenance and repair (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive field (a significant asset);
- Valid driver's license.

Working conditions:

- Full-time day shift, from Monday to Friday;
