Delivery Coordinator

Your role:

Here, you'll be at the heart of the action. We're looking for someone who likes to keep busy, who stays cheerful even when the schedule is tight, and who knows how to turn a simple delivery into a memorable experience.

What you'll do (and much more):

- Organize deliveries of new and used vehicles with the sales and service teams
- Check that everything is ready, looking good, and in order: vehicles, accessories, license plates
- Welcome customers professionally (and with a touch of pride)
- Present the vehicle and its features clearly
- Follow up after delivery, because for us, the relationship doesn't end when we hand over the keys
- Coordinate the little details that make all the difference

What we like about you:

- You can chat with anyone and provide outstanding service
- You have an eye for detail and a knack for organization
- You stay calm when several things happen at once
- Do you know a little about the automotive world? Even better
- You have a valid driver's license
- The working language is French. That said, intermediate knowledge of English is recommended since you will be dealing with English-speaking customers every day.
