Your responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with their financing, life/health insurance, and other automotive-related product needs
    • Efficiently process lease and financing transactions for approval
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with financial institutions
    • Ensure rigorous and compliant administrative management of contracts

Required profile:

    • Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager
    • Experience with Ford products (major asset)
    • Knowledge of Merlin and Serti software (major asset)
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
    • Impeccable organization, autonomy, and ability to perform in a competitive environment
    • Customer focus and ability to work in a team
