As part of our development, we are currently looking for a technical advisor to join our service department.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Greet and respond to customers;
- Open and close repair orders;
- Estimate repairs in collaboration with the technician;
- Sell maintenance and other repairs;
- Ensure follow-up on work;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Other tasks related to the service department.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Versatility and resourcefulness;
- Dynamism and autonomy;
- Ability to handle pressure;
- Good team spirit;
- Diligence.
