Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a dynamic, caring team that’s focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, within a well-established and rapidly growing dealership on the South Shore of Montreal.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism;
- Create repair orders and clearly explain the nature of the work to be done as well as the expected time frame;
- Recommend additional services based on the customer’s needs (inspection, lubrication, detailing, bodywork, etc.);
- Perform a brief inspection of vehicles after the work is completed to ensure service quality;
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Profile:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (automotive or related field);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong team spirit;
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
