Job description
Your main responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on Ford vehicles (and other brands on occasion);
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer standards;
- Perform safety checks and recommended inspections;
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic tools provided (scanner, Ford IDS/FDRS, etc.);
- Fill out work orders clearly and completely;
- Work in collaboration with the technical advisor and service team to meet delivery deadlines;
- Apply workshop quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a dealership or professional workshop (a significant asset);
- Comfortable with modern electrical and electronic systems; interest in hybrid/electric vehicles;
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to a job well done;
- Ability to work in a team, respectful and professional attitude;
- Valid driver's licence, good driving record.

Training
- Completed DVS in automotive mechanics (or equivalent);
- Journeyman or Apprentice card with relevant experience.
