Job description
We are currently looking for someone who would like to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers, gather the information needed to identify and define repair and maintenance needs;
- Offer recommended maintenance services and schedule work to be done, while ensuring quality customer service.
The candidate must:
- Have experience as a Service Advisor (2 years);
- Be fully bilingual (French and English);
- Have experience in direct sales;
- Have excellent customer service skills;
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Have excellent work planning and organizational skills;
- Be able to multitask and be team-oriented;
- Have knowledge of Serti software (an asset).
