We are looking for an internal Service Advisor. Knowledge of Serti software is an asset.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
– Be independent and organized;
– Have the appropriate technical knowledge;
– Demonstrate good stress management skills;
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Track delivery work
- Data entry
- Open and close work orders
- Work distribution
- Office tasks
- Warranty claims
